Yoga gives children a very solid, positive foundation early in their lives. Asanas, chanting and story-telling, games, improved concentration and mind-body awareness. Kids enjoy the playful atmosphere and make new friends as well. It’s specially recommended for children from 6 to 12 year old.

SPECIAL YOGA KID'S WEEK IN MAY- From 2nd to 8th May 2016
On the first week of May, we will have from Monday to Sunday, 2nd up to 8 th May classes for children. During this week children, between 6 and 12 years old, are more than welcome to join us and learn through asanas and funny games, the benefits of yoga, for one continuous week. After each class we will provide a fresh and natural juice to the children. All children are welcome. No previous experience in yoga is needed.
